Property Update: Roof and Solar Installation - Starting October 6, 2025, we will be installing a new roof and solar panels. Work is expected to take approximately three weeks (weather permitting) and will occur only during daytime business hours. During this time, guests may experience construction noise during the day; however, all amenities will remain open for your enjoyment.

This spacious 2nd-floor Double Suite overlooks the pool and features a partial Gulf view. Perfect for families or groups, it sleeps up to 6 with two queen beds and a full-size sleeper futon.

The suite features a welcoming front living area with dining space and a futon, along with a convenient kitchenette featuring a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster - perfect for preparing light meals and snacks. A flat-screen TV adds extra comfort for downtime, while the private bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. The perfect place to relax after a day in the sun!

Guests enjoy a heated outdoor pool with lounge seating, daily housekeeping, Wi-Fi access, guest laundry facilities, a ping-pong table for a little friendly competition, free on-site parking (one car per unit), and the convenience of an elevator - all just steps from Clearwater Beach.

Additional details: Minimum check-in age is 21. The property is smoke-free and does not allow pets. Office hours are 8 AM - 11 PM, with late check in available upon request.
